We want you to love your ORLY manicure, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to returned items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
